I have a 3 year old daughter and she needs shoes. I am on a very low income but I am aware of how good shoes are very important to developping feet. Clarks shoes are about £30 and I just cant afford that. Where else can I find good quality shoes but at a lower price? Thanks.

Try some charity shops like oxfam and others. Maybe a few jumble sales.
